REPLACEMENT & REFUND POLICY
Any merchandise purchased from our site will be shipped by a third party carrier (USPS | UPS | FedEx). As a result, title and risk of loss or damage for such merchandise will pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. All missing, damaged, and incorrect shipments or items must be reported within 15 days of delivery, and must include photo documentation in the email submission. These items will be reviewed by the support agent and, if applicable, a replacement will be issued only for damaged products and does not cover or include packaging of said products. Blemishes to packaging will not be considered as part of a damaged item. All replacements will be at the discretion of customer support. We will not replace or offer replacements on items marked as delivered by carrier. Please be aware of the following replacement limitations:
FIGURES
We cannot control slight manufacturing variations and are not able to replace items based on these variations, including but not limited to minor paint flaws or figure positioning. Blemishes to packaging will not be considered as part of a damaged figure.
PRODUCT PACKAGING

Minor blemishes to packaging will not be considered as part of a damaged item.
BLIND FIGURES OR VARIANT ITEMS
Some boxes are shipped with blind boxes or variant items inside. All blind boxes and variant items are shipped at random, including replacements. If we replace a blind or variant item, we cannot guarantee that you will receive the same variant as in your original shipment.
T-SHIRTS
We are not able to exchange sizes or offer replacements for t-shirts that were sent in the size ordered. We cannot control slight manufacturing variations and are not able to replace based on these variations.
REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
Packages returned because of purchaser error or refused delivery are subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% of the purchase price, shipping will not be refunded. Customers are able to contact UPS to arrange alternate delivery. The Mighty Hobby Shop is not responsible for any fees that are associated with this alternate delivery. Before submitting order make sure shipping address is correct, if you need to update shipping address please contact us before you receive a shipping confirmation notification we are not responsible for lost packages marked as delivered by carrier.
REPLACEMENTS ON SOLD OUT ITEMS
We cannot guarantee that we will have replacements for sold out items as replacement inventory is not always available. In the event that we do find you an acceptable replacement you may be subject to shipping charges to have the replacement part sent to you.
